At brightgadget.co.uk we offer the following on all our products

  • Our devices are Certified products that are tested and certified
  • Regardless of the grade all handsets are fully tested by the manufacturer or by a third-party tester to be fully functional
  • All devices sold by brightgadget.co.uk have passed a 12 point checklist and are fully working.
  • 12 Months Warranty - Should anything go wrong with the device, get in touch  to arrange a repair or replacement. Excludes physical damage obviously! 

All our handsets have undergone a full electronic 12 points test.

Here we explain more about our conditions of the devices: 

Like New Pristine:

  • A Pristine device is used and will look almost "as new".
  • Cosmetically the gadget will be almost perfect and if the handset does have any imperfections they will be very minor that will impossible to see unless under a microscope. The Screen is usually unmarked.
  • The previous owner would have taken great care of this device.
  • It’s been fully tested, battery tested, restored to factory settings and is in full working order.

 Grade A 

  • The device is used and in excellent condition. Grade A devices are very close to Pristine just not Pristine.
  • Cosmetically there will be very minor signs of usage, but only if you look closely. It won’t have cracks on the screen or casing.
  • It usually only has 1-2 marks that stop it being a pristine condition device.
  • It’s been fully tested, battery tested, restored to factory settings and is in full working order.

Grade B

  • The device is used and in good condition. Grade B devices tend to show a fair amount of cosmetic marks.
  • Cosmetically the gadget will show signs of use, including some scratches and scuffs to the screen and casing. It won’t have cracks on the screen or casing.
  • The previous owner will have used the device with no case or protectors.
  • It’s been fully tested, battery tested, restored to factory settings and is in full working order.

Grade C

  • The device is used and in an acceptable condition. These devices are perfectly usable. 
  • Cosmetically the Grade C handsets will show heavy signs of use, including scratches and scuffs to the screen and casing. It won’t have cracks on the screen or casing.
  • It’s been fully tested, battery tested, restored to factory settings and is in full working order.
